The challenge

A 12,000-seat arena had to be turned from bare floor into a broadcast-grade general session in 48 hours, with three rehearsal windows and no dark day available.

Our solution

We pre-built the entire video and audio chain in our Las Vegas shop, arrived with pre-labelled fiber trunks and ran a two-shift crew plan so rigging and floor build progressed in parallel without conflict.
