Seller & Provider Agreement

Eligibility and verification
Sellers must be a registered trading entity with valid tax details. Service providers must supply insurance certificates and relevant safety or rigging qualifications before a profile is published.
Commission
Products carry a category-based commission of 8–12% of the item subtotal. Service bookings carry a 10% platform fee on the agreed project value. Education revenue is retained by the platform with an instructor revenue share agreed per program.
Listing standards
Listings require accurate manufacturer data, real product photography, honest condition grading and current stock levels. Repeated inaccuracy reduces search visibility and may suspend the account.
Fulfilment
Eligible stock must be dispatched within one business day with tracking uploaded to the order. Provider crews must arrive with the equipment and personnel stated in the accepted quote.
Payouts
Cleared funds are released on a weekly cycle, seven days after delivery confirmation or project sign-off, minus commission, refunds and chargebacks.
Returns and disputes
Faulty or misdescribed items are returnable for 30 days at the seller's cost. Disputes are reviewed by the platform trust team, whose decision determines the release or reversal of held funds.
Termination
Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' notice. Open orders and confirmed bookings must be fulfilled before the account is closed.
