Account details, order and quote history, course progress, support conversations, and technical data such as device type and pages viewed. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To fulfil orders and bookings, verify sellers and providers, issue certificates, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve catalogue relevance and search results.
Retention
Transaction records are retained for statutory accounting periods. Marketing preferences and browsing signals are retained for 24 months unless you ask us to erase them earlier.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings or via the Help Center.
Security
Encryption in transit, role-based internal access, audit logging on administrative actions, and periodic review of third-party processors.
