Future Vision Summit

The challenge

Fourteen speaker decks, three live remote guests and a hard 09:00 start in a landmark venue with strict load-in restrictions and no on-site storage.

Our solution

We built a redundant playback and switching core with a single show-control operator, ran remote guests over managed bonded connections, and pre-programmed lighting states to speaker cues.
