Video Production Specialist

About the role

Own the video craft on AV Overload productions and marketplace content — from multi-camera capture and playback to colour, edit and delivery. You'll work across live shows, studio shoots and education content for our bootcamp catalogue.

Responsibilities

• Operate cameras, switchers and playback systems on live and studio shoots
• Build and manage media workflows, proxies and archive structures
• Edit, grade and deliver content to broadcast and web specifications
• Configure playback servers and presentation content for events
• Partner with the education team on course video production

Requirements

• 3+ years professional video production experience
• Strong Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve skills
• Understanding of codecs, colour space and delivery specs
• Comfortable in live, time-critical production environments

Preferred qualifications

• Multi-camera live switching experience
• Motion graphics in After Effects
• Studio lighting knowledge
