Senior AV Systems Engineer

About the role

We're looking for an experienced AV Systems Engineer to help design, integrate, troubleshoot and support complex audiovisual environments across live events, corporate environments, broadcast facilities and production operations. You'll own signal architecture end to end — from rack elevation drawings to the last patch on site.

Responsibilities

• Design AV signal workflows across SDI, HDMI, NDI and SMPTE 2110 environments
• Lead system integration for corporate, broadcast and live production builds
• Specify video routing, matrix switching and multiviewer configurations
• Engineer networked AV over managed switches, VLANs and PTP-timed fabrics
• Produce rack elevations, single-line drawings and technical documentation
• Provide escalation-level troubleshooting and on-site technical support

Requirements

• 6+ years professional AV or broadcast engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of audio, video and control systems and signal flow
• Proven troubleshooting record under live show pressure
• Fluency in AV-over-IP networking fundamentals
• Strong technical documentation and drawing discipline

Preferred qualifications

• CTS-D or CTS-I certification
• Dante, Q-SYS or Crestron programming exposure
• Experience with fiber infrastructure and optical budgets
