Marketplace Operations Manager

About the role

Run the day-to-day health of the AV Overload marketplace: catalogue quality, pricing integrity, fulfilment SLAs and dispute resolution across thousands of listings and hundreds of sellers.

Responsibilities

• Own catalogue taxonomy, attribute quality and listing standards
• Monitor fulfilment, cancellation and return SLAs by seller
• Run pricing and buy-box integrity reviews
• Resolve escalated buyer and seller disputes
• Report on marketplace KPIs and drive improvement programs

Requirements

• 5+ years marketplace, e-commerce or retail operations experience
• Strong analytical skills with SQL or advanced spreadsheets
• Process-design and documentation experience
• Confident cross-functional stakeholder management

Preferred qualifications

• Technical product-category experience
• Looker or Metabase reporting
• Seller-policy authoring background
