Live Event Producer

About the role

Produce live experiences end to end — concept, budget, run of show and delivery. You'll partner with clients and creative teams while our technical crews handle execution, keeping the show on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Build production budgets and vendor scopes
• Write run-of-show, cue and rehearsal schedules
• Manage speaker, talent and stage-management logistics
• Coordinate creative, technical and venue stakeholders
• Lead on-site production calls and post-event reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years producing live or corporate events
• Strong budget ownership at six-figure scale
• Excellent written run-of-show discipline
• Grace under live pressure

Preferred qualifications

• Convention and trade-show background
• Broadcast or hybrid-event experience
• Talent management exposure
