Education & Training Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate our bootcamp calendar, instructors, labs and certification records. You'll make sure every Stagehand 101, Audiovisual 101 and Staging 101 cohort runs smoothly from enrolment to certificate.

Responsibilities

• Schedule cohorts, instructors, labs and equipment
• Manage enrolment, attendance and certification records
• Prepare lab benches, kit and consumables per module
• Collect learner feedback and report on completion rates
• Coordinate employer placement and apprenticeship partners

Requirements

• 2+ years program, training or education coordination
• Strong scheduling and records discipline
• Confident communicating with instructors and learners
• Familiarity with LMS platforms

Preferred qualifications

• AV or trades training environment experience
• Apprenticeship program exposure
• Basic AV literacy
