AV Project Manager

About the role

Run AV projects from award to sign-off: budgets, labour, logistics, vendors and client communication. You'll be the single point of accountability across engineering, crew and marketplace service partners.

Responsibilities

• Own project budgets, margin tracking and change orders
• Build labour plans and coordinate crew across locations
• Manage vendor, freight and venue logistics
• Chair client and internal production meetings
• Close out projects with documentation and post-mortems

Requirements

• 5+ years AV or live-event project management
• Fluent reading of AV drawings and equipment lists
• Strong budget and schedule control track record
• Excellent client-facing communication

Preferred qualifications

• PMP or CTS certification
• Experience with Flex or Rentman
• Union labour coordination
