AV Content & Training Specialist

About the role

Turn working-crew knowledge into course material people actually learn from. You'll write and produce modules, lab exercises and assessments for the AV Overload Education catalogue.

Responsibilities

• Write module scripts, lab sheets and assessment banks
• Storyboard and produce instructional video with our video team
• Interview working engineers and technicians as subject experts
• Map curriculum to real job requirements and certifications
• Iterate content from learner performance and feedback data

Requirements

• 3+ years instructional design, technical writing or training delivery
• Genuine AV, broadcast or live-production literacy
• Excellent, plain, precise writing
• Comfortable on camera or directing on-camera experts

Preferred qualifications

• CTS certification
• Articulate or Camtasia experience
• Trade-curriculum or apprenticeship authoring
